When using the options data-rateyo-rtl="true" data-rateyo-full-star="true" you cannot select a star by clicking on it.
If you click on a star, only the stars to the right of it are selected. Or in other words: to select a star you have to click to the left of it. I'm not an rtl expert but I assume this is not intentional.
