Possibility to use Mutelist in DynamoDB to all providers

New feature motivation

When running the parameter Mutelist using the ARN of DynamoDB Table, the provider that only works today is AWS.

It would be great if Prowler could have the possibility to use DynamoDB to other providers, when running the process on ECS for example.
