The ports used by the host machine for ibcnet node0 conflict with the ports that the host will use to start a local blockchain.
Problem Definition
The conflicting ports make it difficult for the host machine to start a local blockchain while ibcnet is running. This makes it difficult to debug ibc related issues. In order for the host machine to connect to the ibcnet, the user must make changes to their local blockchain's config or the dockerfile.
Proposal
Update the ports in the docker config so they don't prevent with the host machine.
