Currently, Autoscaler is unable to correctly scale the number of nodes from 0 — the ASG needs to be manually configured to create at least one node to use its taints / labels as a template for new ones.

We need to set appropriate tags (https://github.com/weaveworks/eksctl/pull/1479/files) to fix this behavior.
