Subject: [PATCH] Add top 3 videos to "Media"?

Here I've actually just taken the most recent 3 presentations, since I think they're the best for people who want to get updated on what's going on with PG.

An alternate approach could be to include e.g. Trent first PG prez, so that people can see the original thoughts behind PG. Not sure which approach makes more sense :/
