Depends on #4.

We want it to be easy to deploy the website after we make changes. It doesn't have to be fully-automated - a humble Makefile target would suffice, for example.

For this issue to be deemed resolved, the following tasks must be completed:

  • research different ways automated deployment can be set up
  • decide on a deployment process for the website
  • implement the deployment process to be used by everyone working the website
  • document the deployment process
  • the deployment process must be easy to use
