As a developer, I would like us to develop the website using the Django framework

The Django web framework will help us in many aspects of building the website:

• database management
• user management
• content management
• security

This issue will be deemed complete when the following tasks have been accomplished:

• initial Django set up in a development environment
• create a prototype model for our database
• convert our website to rely on Django as much as possible
