[1.4][TC-DRLK-2.1] YAML script has to be updated as per the test plan

Reproduction steps

DRLK-2.1 Step 36 PICS not matching the test plan.
step 36 script shows : DRLK.S.F00 && DRLK.S.F07 && DRLK.S.C26.Rsp

but test plan shows {PICS_S}.F00(PIN),{PICS_S}.F08(USR), {PICS_S}.C26.Rsp(ClearCredential)
