Problem
As per Spec, ClusterRevision attribute value should be 6 but currently getting ClusterRevision value as 5 in SDK .

Expected behavior: ClusterRevision value as 6

Actual behavior: ClusterRevision value as 5

Steps to reproduce
./chip-tool thermostat read cluster-revision 1 1

System configuration
Chip-tool - RPI-4, 8GB RAM
DUT - RPI - RPI-4, 8GB RAM
Platform : Onnetwork
Commit-ID:a33249db16d3bb351038e68d997db4c0ba5d003c
Dut application: Thermostat App
