No ready facility to verify CSR signature in remote signing infrastructure

Problem

It should be possible to generate a CSR nonce in remote signing infrastructure, and then pass the CSR elements, attestation challenge and signature back to the same signing infrastructure for for remove verification. The sdk currently provides no straight forward path to achieve this.

Proposed Solution

• rework op-creds delegate to provide an async nonce-getter
• OR adopt the approach in https://github.com/project-chip/connectedhomeip/pull/13294/files, where implementers can build this themselves
