Problem

writeFabricsIntoFabricsListAttribute always write fabricDescriptor to endpoint 0, and writing to the Ember global attribute store , this function need to be nuked.

Proposed Solution

We probably should have a callback for "fabric table changed" or something else. Which should do the right MatterReportingAttributeChangeCallback calls..
