Current behavior
Touching colour picker results in screen scroll

Expected behavior
colour sliders to behave to touch events

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions
Run on iOS device

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?

Refactored to identify html5 colour and not use primeNG but this is not a solution
