zIndex of ConfirmDialog too low #10767

It seems that ConfirmDialog has been forgotten in the enhancement for Customizable ZIndex Layering (#10298).

After this change a modal ConfirmDialog opened after a normal modal dialog has a zIndex lower than the normal dialog and is not visible anymore.
