Guide the user through first steps setting up wireman, if he has no wireman.toml, or one that does not compile

Let him

Choose his config directory
Ask him to add the WIREMAN_CONFIG_DIR to his path, if he hasnt choosen the default config
Let him add proto include
Let him add proto files
