Boundary lines not working at zero #214

Hi all,

The new boundary lines feature doesn't seem to work when I try to draw a line at X=0 or Y=0 using KO.

This can be readily reproduced by changing the KO.BoundaryLineForeachBinding.html sample to add a boundary line at 0.
