Two simulation cases can be added to the preCICE tutorials and published on the website. First, the existing Oscillator tutorial was adapted to work with FMUs. A Pull Request is already open but needs revisioning. Second, the new case Flow around a moving cylinder could be included in the tutorials as well.

This should only be done after the FMI runner is updated to work with preCICE v3. The tutorials should use preCICE v3 as well. Adapt the content on precice.org accordingly (Limitations, link to tutorial).
