Lifestreet adapter is absent on Prebid.js download page

hi there,
One of our partners noticed that our adapter(Lifestreet) is not available on Prebid.js download page anymore:
However, I can find it in the list of Prebid modules here and in prebid.github.io repo as well.
Kindly ask you to help us investigate the issue and fix it asap. Maybe did I missed something and it was accidentally removed?

@probably-kira - it's not an accident. LifeStreet was never ported to Prebid.js 5.x despite multiple repeated attempts to contact your team. The file you see at https://github.com/prebid/Prebid.js/blob/master/modules/lifestreetBidAdapter.md is just the md file, not the code.

For the record, there were over 100 adapters removed from the download page because they were never ported to 5.x and no version of 4.x appears on the download page anymore.

Please see prebid/Prebid.js#5966 to find out what you need to do re-submit your adapter to the repo.

hi Bret, thanks a lot for explaining!
it seems to be that redirect from mail address was broken(or there's some miscommunication inside our team) because I never got these mails.
We will update adapter asap and back to you.
