When trying to build with Ooui.Wasm I get a 404 #242

Using Ooui.Wasm 0.13.318-beta2 when I try to build I get the following error:

<user folder>.nuget\packages\ooui.wasm\0.13.318-beta2\build\netstandard2.0\Ooui.Wasm.targets(17,3): error : The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.

The project fails to build. Is there anything I can do to get a better error message?
