The Spacemacs develop documentation for Git layer includes a link to

https://practical.li/spacemacs/source-control/forge-configuration.html

This link does not work as MkDocs does not use the html extension

Add a redirect as a quick fix to Practicalli Spacemacs

Create a pull requests for Spacemacs to update the link
