The predefined rule of Change caps_lock to command+control+option+shift. does not work. I'm on macOS version 15.1.1 (24B91), Karabiner Elements version 15.3.0.

First, please check the current behavior in EventViewer.

Hi @tekezo, it looks like it's registering the event correctly.

I'm experiencing the same issue. I've checked the above and turned off the MacOS caps lock special key setting in System Settings for all keyboards. The event logger still shows a regular "caps_lock" press. The complex modification does not register. I'm on the latest version of MacOS (15.1.1) with Karabiner 15.3.0.
