Change the size of the big red tick then timing divisor mod 4 = 2

For timing divisors like 1/6, 1/10, 1/14 etc., having a larger divisor does not make sense as it is not on a strong sound.

1/10 example:

As you can see I never put objects on the big red tick, but it is larger.

For 1/6 currently big red tick is larger which makes sense for mainly 1/4 songs, however for mainly 1/3 songs, blue ticks should be larger. I think having all ticks being the same size would make the most sense. (or add an option for the main tick divisor somewhere (e.g. 1/2, 1/3, 1/5))
