Add search filter for beatmaps with storyboards / rapidly flashing colors in song select

Hello everyone!

I sometimes like to play beatmaps with storyboards (especially those that display the epilepsy warning when loading the beatmap).
On the osu! website exists the option to only search for beatmaps with a storyboard. (see below image)

Unfortunately the beatmaps search of the osu!lazer client does not seem to provide such feature.
A query like storyboard=true would be perfect.

Additionaly I'd like a way to find / omit beatmaps that show the rapidly flashing colors warning.
Example query: flashing=true or flashing_colors=false

I've found a similar feature request for osu! stable. However, not for lazer: https://github.com/ppy/osu-stable-issues/issues/505
