Add syntax for [imagemap] so that it can be written to a line

It is not possible to arrange images in a row using [imagemap]. However, using [img] it is possible.

well the idea is that you're supposed to use just one imagemap to create custom layouts for images, rather than relying on the details of how bbcode is rendered -- so one combined image and 4 regions, in this case. I don't know if this is really a valid use case but I guess it seems fine to me if it's not hard to implement
