I want the UK open banking standards to be available
So I can understand the description of the APIs hosted by banks in the UK

Detailed Requirements

UK open banking OpenAPI documents are published here: https://github.com/OpenBankingUK/read-write-api-specs

Each new version is tagged and then a new release is created when the OpenAPI documents are published to the market.

Outline approach:

• Create a new processor that reads the tags from the target GitHub repository.
• For each production release grab the files.
• Put each version in its own folder in the relevant structure in the repository.
