What happened?

my problem is when i type hackrf_spiflash it says command not found
dfu-util: unable to read DFU status after completion (LIBUSB_ERROR_IO)
% hackrf_spiflash -w hackrf_one_usb.bin
zsh: command not found: hackrf_spiflash
