Enable Translations for "No. plans by template" Section of Usage Statistics #693

Please complete the following fields as applicable:

What version of the DMPRoadmap code are you running? (e.g. v2.2.0)

  • 4.0.2+portage-4.0.1 and the upcoming v4.1.0 release.

Expected behaviour:

  • French translations of the Portage Network template titles exist. When the French language is selected, these French titles should be rendered in the Usage Statistics -> No. plans by template section of the app.

Actual behaviour:

  • Regardless of the selected language, the titles are always displayed in English.
