Use existing “retirement” homepage eg https://github.com/mysociety/retirement/ example: http://www.fixmytransport.com/

Except for, we need to include Ciudadano Inteligente's involvement, blurb, logo and link to their website and Ciudadano Inteligente will approve the page/ content.
