[BUG] Minimizing and restoring some applications causes duplicate windows to open

Sometimes when minimizing and restoring applications (usually Discord), upon restoring the window, two identical windows appear on the screen.
Interacting with one window will update both at once, and closing one will close them both.
If I minimize one then only one is minimized though, meaning I can spawn infinite mirrored windows.
