[Bug] Infinite scroll when text line is too long

When editing a file with a single, very long line in the Cosmic-Edit app, unexpected scrolling behavior occurs. Instead of stopping at the correct offset, the editor scrolls back to a random position once the end of the line is reached. This issue happens when the line is word-wrapped.
