Tab navigation in find/replace toolbar not in intuitive order

This is the find/replace toolbar (Edit -> Replace):

With the "find" box highlighted like it is in the screenshot above, pressing Tab should move focus to the "replace" box. Instead, it moves focus to the X button. (Likewise, Shift-Tab from the "replace" box goes to the X, when it should go to the "find" box.)
