Tracking open issues that block us from using Bun

Blocking @ponder/core

We use prom-client, which relies on PerformanceObserver.

When you install @ponder/core, the better-sqlite3 postinstall script does not run. We could work around this by detecting Bun at runtime and using bun:sqlite instead (which is probably the long-term direction anyway).

There is an unknown bug causing dyld: missing symbol called. Very hard to debug where this is coming from. Seems to be most likely related to:

Blocking create-ponder

None!

Blocking us from using Bun for development
