This needs a Docker container.

Stories

• As a user, I don't want to have to install all these programs
• As a developer, I want to be able to automate the building and deployment of the Docker container

Questions

• Which programs need to be in it?
  • Python packages:
  • Executables: BLAST, DIAMOND, CD-HIT, clustalomega, EcoFunPrimer....
• Do we expect the user to run the commands within the Docker container, or will the Snakemake pipeline (Snakemake #45) send the commands to the Docker container?
• Should the Dockerfile that creates this Docker be contained in this project, or in its own project?
