Minimum width for balance chart segments #1375

If a user has a very small balance for a chart segment, it is not obvious what the value is. Knowing the actual balance is more valuable that accurately depicting the segment percentage as bar width. It makes sense to have a small min-width so users can read at least the first 3-4 figures of the balance.
