Whole pipeline not working in conjunction with RAMPART

I've downloaded this version of polio-realtime and have tried to run it with the current version of rampart (1.2) and the rampart version this was built on (1.0.5) but neither have worked. I have also tried different versions of snakemake, python and other dependencies but again, nothing has worked.

Not sure if there's some old coding that isn't working or modifications made on my end have resulted in broken pipelines.
