polaris现在不支持隐藏空服务，导致许多注册过的空服务占据在列表中，而且服务列表的查看也极其反人类，不同命名空间查看服务不友好，建议这两点可以借鉴一下nacos

这里可以通过命名空间筛选，这里是期望默认只展示一个namespce下的查看？

这里只是建议一下，查看不同ns的服务时nacos那种方式更方便直观，至于其他删选条件可以保持现状，可以考虑把ns分出来

还有那个隐藏空服务按钮，服务实例下线后，空服务还会在列表中显示
