Not every pokemon does have the proper translation

Seems like this issue is way harder than expected. Now it is required to parse the merged_*.txt file, which will take quite some time..

These translations also include the locales for Pokédex entries, right?

@BrunnerLivio Also, I don't know if this is related, but previous Pokémon like Tangela that now have evolution in gen 4 don't have any data in the evolution attribute.
