Creating an initial bootc containerfile can be daunting, especially if you're coming from a VM world and less familiar with containerfiles in the first place.

Describe the solution you'd like

We've had a suggestion to build a bootc containerfile scaffolder that would provide the user with a set of prompts or snippets to easily generate an initial containerfile.

Describe alternatives you've considered

We'll have to see how the sample repo expands along with the support inside of this extension; there may be enough good examples that you could start from one of them instead of needing to build a custom one.
