mandatory of field not work #890

I've tested with a new mandatory field on a Ticket and can confirm I can close the ticket without setting a value on the field with version 1.21.17 |

If you close the ticket without filling up that field it will save as "----" and not one of the avaiable choices on the combobox |
I thought the problem occurred when the ticket was created (and not when it was closed). |
It's only on close ticket at least for me. Dunno about OP. |

Bug description
Hello,
the mandatory caracteristic of a field not work (field name is facturation in picture)
Process: creation of a ticket with a field mandatory with value empty -> creation of ticket is possible. With version 1.21.16, i have a message to inform that the field is mandatory.
