Implement Connection / Pairing Fallback

We need a better way of searching, pairing and connecting to the mug itself.
A possible way would be to record the pairing process of the ember android app and try to do the same.
Then again the ember app is so unstable, that it might be smart to research how pairing/connecting on bluetooth works and implement it the right way.

Note: Pairing doesnt work on MacOS - if we dont pair the mug doesnt switch from pairing mode into connected state.
