@CNaseband can you find out how to batch upload publications to BLR?

Marcus build tools that allowed to

  1. upload bibliographic metadata from XLS files to BLR, get a DOI, save (but not publish)
  2. write back to the DOI to the XLS file
  3. Once the PDFs are available, upload the PDF to the respective deposit, change if necessary the metadata (eg the publication date) and publish

Here is an xls that is used for this. In this case, I created already the DOI, thus you would need to upload the PDFs and add all the
metadata

The two Zips include the XLS and all the files

201_218_Sarr_etal.zip
273_284_Naimi_etal.zip

let me know, if you have any questions.

thanks for looking into this

Unfortunately those documents do not help me to produce a routine.
There may be a way to read out an already worked on .imf file to get this data, but as it is it's just a data collection.

Do we have access to Marcus tools?
The underlying logic should most helpful. It seems that is not part of your folders.

I think that all we have is here https://github.com/plazi/O3RT

I'll try to find any other files he might've left behind in the PC he was using
