Ideally this happens after the bulk of Ecosystem 2020 respondents and ioo.coop respondents activate their accounts. Obviously members of the pc-discuss list should have the opportunity to create active accounts on the Directory. Social media should also be used to recruit users for their personal and organizational profiles.
