Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When a resource list is filtered, the resulting filtered list should indicate which resources were matched to which filter. Currently if you filter resources, the first tags shown in the results list may not be the tags being chosen in the filter.
The screenshot below illustrates this problem. The filter is "Cities" and "Free Software", but none of the results show how the resources match the filter.
Describe the solution you'd like
The filtered list of resources should show which tags were successfully matched to a filter by showing it first before tags that were not matched to a filter. For example, if filtering by "Cities", "Cities" should appear first in the list, perhaps visually distinct so it is clear it is being matched to the filter.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Perhaps have 2 list of tags when showing filtered results. One list would show the list of matched tags, and the second list would be all the unmatched tags.
Additional context
Implementation detail: How will it be communicated to a screen reader that a resource matches a particular filter?
