Planka on AWS Fargate

Hello!
Please help to deploy Planka on AWS Fargate. Here is my Planka variables:

BASE_URL: https://planka.domain.com:3000
DATABASE_URL: postgresql://db_user:db_password@planka-prod-db.1212121212.us-east-1.rds.amazonaws.com:5432/planka?sslmode=disable&connect_timeout=10
KNEX_REJECT_UNAUTHORIZED_SSL_CERTIFICATE: false

RDS vars:

db_instance_engine = "postgres"
db_instance_family = "postgres12"
db_instance_engine_version = "12.16" 

With this configuration my log is empty. I have also tried different configuration options according to the forum suggestions: #730 #696

I've tried the yo set PGSSLMODE to allow, required, and no-verify.
