cpancover.com: header or footer with links to home/about

It would be nice if each page (e.g. http://cpancover.com/latest//Month-Simple-0.04/index.html ) would include links (e.g. a footer) to the home page of cpancover.com maybe to the about page or even directly to the git repository of the project.

Hello Gábor - I should have read this before replying to your other ticket about a link to metacpan. I'm more inclined to do this though. The problem is that the pages are generated by Devel::Cover which knows nothing about cpancover. So it will require a little effort. I think it would be good though, so I'll leasve this ticket open. Thanks!
