Mousing in and out very quickly makes the slider controls fade in and out repeatedly

When you mouse in and and out of the slider rapidly with navHover = true, and then stay moused out, the controls fade animation plays however many times you moused over the slider, regardless of where your mouse is. The animation just plays as soon as you mouse in, and it ignores where the mouse goes after that.
