Loading (config module) from database or memcached... #236

I am building an app with multiple domain on same source code.

Example: I have 2 module news, and shop
Domain A: I want to active module news, but domain B, i only want to active module shop.

Do you think loading list active module from database or memcached... is good idea ?
I hope pingpong-labs will support in future.
