  1. What did you do? If possible, provide a recipe for reproducing the error.
  • Resuming a changefeed whose sink-uri is problematic (such as pointing to a non-responsive TiDB).
  1. What did you expect to see?
  • Appropriate error messages after a reasonable timeout period.
  • That other changefeeds are not affected.
  1. What did you see instead?
  • Owner is locked and all changefeeds cannot proceed.

  1. Versions of the cluster
