Enhancement

Now when creating a table， we would create the stats_meta for this table(the insertTableStats2KV in HandleDDLEvent)
But if we load the initial data by lightning, be or some other tool. The stats_meta will miss their updates and the row_count is still 0.
This is not consistent and may lead to the wrong assumptions.
