Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:

When we're using the local backend, the lightning dashboard on grafana is not working properly.

There is no import speed and chunk process duration data. And the import progress is actually the read progress. I think we may need a full upgrade for the lightning monitor

A full upgrade for the lightning monitor.
