Hi Xiaoshu, Does this error occur for other smaller files? We currently have an upload limit of 50M, but I just upped it to 100M so this sample should work. Generally, for large input, it's best to run it locally via docker or conda. You can check out the installation instructions for more details. |

Xiaoshu, I am having this exact issue. Did you fix it? I wanted to run my samples on the online application because the html output from running via conda is difficult to share via e-mail. |

Running out the same issue right now ("413 Request Entity Too Large") and couldn't figure out how to fix it even after switching browsers. My Fastq files are about 40-60M and were ok earlier but came with this error yesterday evening. Could you please help with this? Thanks! @Colelyman |

Hello,
I am using CRISPResso2 to analyze NGS data with 31.9Mb for R2 and 29.5Mb for R1. It worked early this morning but now it keeps showing error of "413 Request Entity Too Large" even if I tried with different browsers (Firefox, chrome and edge). Is the server too busy now? Is there any suggestion I can avoid such error when using CRISPREsso2? Thank you very much!
Xiaoshu
